you can now have custonizable Marking menu for Move ,Rotate and Scale Tool
they use the same technique that CMM so you can easily edit them
in next release you will be able to create TMM (ToolMarkingMenu) for all the other Tool , in a CMM way
Note :
there is also a menu on the middle mouse button .Rotation Snaping is a maya 4 feature and will note work on Maya 3 ;)
